Who we are

Capivara Capital is a search fund based in the Netherlands. We aim to acquire one profitable company in the food ingredients value chain from a founder or family planning their succession. After the acquisition, Renato Stivanin becomes its full-time CEO.

What we look for

Importers, processors, packers and specialist B2B distributors of coffee, cocoa, nuts, dried fruit, spices and other ingredients. Based in the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary or Czechia, with revenue of EUR 5-20m, EBITDA of EUR 1-3m and recurring B2B customers.

How we build value

Cash flow first, reinvested or distributed. Then technology and AI, team building with aligned incentives, and expansion into new countries.

Renato Stivanin has 17 years in investing and operating, including 10 at Patria Investments. He was part of the founding teams of Ujay Capital, Nexa Finance and Meiero Coffee B.V., and is the fourth generation of a coffee-producing family.

Meiero Coffee is the story of a family business in succession. Renato's family has grown coffee for four generations; as co-founder, he turned that heritage into an international company. With a team of two, Meiero expanded to seven countries, digitised its operations with AI, built partnerships with suppliers, clients, team and investors, and runs a fully compliant business in the Netherlands.
